Hi there, I'm Samira. As a Lebanese woman that honors friendship, cultivates community, and loves celebrating her diverse circle of women - I am excited and honored to meet you and yours! 😊
Fun fact: my favorite yoga sessions were never in a studio. They were with my girlfriends - in our living rooms, backyards, and other cozy spaces! We created environments that were free from the judgement, the evil eye (🧿), or external pressures that can be found in traditional yoga studios. In doing so, we were able to fully relax into the moment and connect - not only with ourselves, but with each other (and without self-consciousness!).
I believe in the healing power of women communities. That's why I founded For Her Yoga. I want to facilitate that protected space for you and your women tribe.
With a completed 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher training (RYT-200) and over a decade of personal practice, my approach to yoga is both deeply rooted in tradition and refined to make yoga accessible for all.
1. Gather your girlies: whether it’s an intimate few or a larger group, rally your circle for this shared, intentional experience.
2. Set your intention: plan your gathering in a way that feels meaningful to you and your girls. This can be a dedicated yoga session or something you’re adding onto an already planned event (think bridal shower, girl's weekend, bachelerotte party, henna night, etc)!
3. Choose your space: select a setting that feels comfortable and aligned for you and your group. This can be your home, a private venue, or an outdoor space. Planning your own space allows everything to flow more naturally for you and your guests. If you're feeling stumped, I’m always happy to offer thoughtful guidance or suggestions as you consider venue options!
4. Invite me: once your details are set, invite me to join your gathering with the package of your choosing! I will bring a beautifully curated experience to meet you at your space, so you and your girls can settle in, connect, and enjoy.

Singing bowls are resonant sound instruments typically used in meditation and healing. They produce harmonic vibrations that support relaxation, energetic balance, and deep states of mindfulness through sustained tonal frequencies.
